Jack Harrington
CFO
Principal at Franklin Management, an outsourced accounting and business consulting firm, since 2002. Previously Jack had several financial management roles in both public and private companies, including Raytheon, Zoll Medical Corporation and Cerida Inc. At Cerida Inc., Jack served as the CFO and helped to raise equity funding and later to sell the company.
